"The store rep Joshua was absolutely amazing! He took his time to help me craft my living room space and my bedroom with a few nice picks. Buying new furniture for my place was becoming an bit overwhelming, but salesman like Josh give you a piece of mind knowing that they can truly help you through the process. My mother and I enjoyed our visit as a whole and we’ll be back soon for other items for my home."

"On 1/30/24 we returned to the Ashley store in Lombard. We wanted to make sure we made the correct selection on the color of the recliner chair we purchased the day before. As we were heading to the chair area we were met by a sales representative Ben Dray who offered his assistance. We told him we wanted to color match our toss pillow from our sofa at home with the chair we bought. He walked back with us and recommended we use the flashlight on the phone to get a better look at the colors. Ben was extremely helpful and added his opinion that the chair we had purchased would match perfectly with our existing color sofa. We commented that he must be a great sales person has he has a wonderful personality and demeanor. I would definitely recommend both Benjamin Gonzales and Ben Dray if you need expert and knowledgeable experience. Kudos for employing these sales professionals."

"The manager, Josh, was extremely helpful! From the time I called to seeing if they had a specific couch to the scheduling of delivery he was there every step of the way and more. He showed us so many couches and I ended up buying one that I didn’t even know about before coming in! Along with great tips for barstools, tables, etc I couldn’t have had a better experience. After picking everything out he followed up the next day to ensure that all the details were correct and answered all the questions I had. Great service and will definitely be coming back!"

"Had a wonderful experiences in Yorktown. Stopped in just to browse for a new bed yesterday. I was approached by Bianca who asked what I was looking for. I had a general idea but nothing in particular. She gave me some guidance but also time and space to look around on my own. I also needed a new mattress so she helped me narrow my search down quickly. Even though I planned on just browsing I ended up purchasing the bed and mattress. Bianca did an amazing job of breaking down all items I was billed for including the insurance and how to use it if needed. The sales manager, JB, was also extremely helpful with setting up a repair on a previous purchase made online since I had no idea how to actually use the insurance I had paid for. I have now made purchases from Ashley both online and in store and I can’t say enough about how amazing the in store experience is. Online can be more convenient but helpfulness and knowledge of the in store staff out weighs that by far."

William demonstrated a positive stance with me as a customer from the time I walked in the store until I left the store. He was very kind,patient and thorough with me. The selection William showed me gave me a lot of options. I did purchased that day, and the value of the furniture was worth it.
