"They’re never available, I always have to go in person to solve every small issue, they don’t even give you the right information, I submitted my FAFSA form over 3 months ago and the deadline is this Saturday I’m still waiting on a response but every time I’m able to get a hold of them they tell me I have to wait longer and to call next week, I don’t have time to play this games any more, I have 3 days to get this done otherwise they drop my classes, I’ve been at work and calling every day but they never answer the phone, the schedule says they are there from 1pm to 4pm which is not even right"
"i called to speak to an advisor. i was told there wasn't one available and my only options were to come in and speak to one in person or send and email through the website. Phone was not an option. My laptop is not accessible in the field, I'll have to wait until i get back home and probably have to miss work to go up there. Not at all convenient and very rude!"
"I just want to say how disappointed I am with the service this bookstore offers. The manager there Amanda is extremely rude. Seriously you can't even ask a question without her having a bad attitude. I would understand if it was a very busy campus or a very busy time of the year where everyone is getting their books but it's not. Her mannerism is horrible. Go to another campus you'll get better service there- guaranteed."
"Do not go here!!!! Unorganized! Long waits, systems are always down, they lie, cost my son to miss out on almost a year of his classes, they said they were always full and he was already registered, kicked him out of class when he showed on first day, then they tried to charge him for the classes and put all his financial aid on hold they said he missed too many days of class and he didn't even get to make it through day One because of so called system errors??? Taking months to fix this.. Get your systems together people!!! Makes no sense when the barker cypress campus is put together and great"
