"MDH is absolute garbage. They falsely advertise that they are accepting new ENT patients. If you call, you will find out they haven't had ENT in Monmouth for several months and have no plans to have ENT come back to Monmouth. But let's keep the signs up saying "accepting patients, call for an appointment!" Can't wait to see them leave Monmouth. Don't even get me started on that walk in..... Hire some providers who know what they're talking about. Christina is rude and makes you feel stupid when you talk to her. She didn't even do a physical assessment when I came in. Stood across the room."

"Horrible hospital. I've had a chronic illness since age 2 and they refuse to give me the treatment/medicine that I obtain in the Chicago area because it's "too strong". The same medicine I've gotten since age two is to strong for me!?!? Doctor that saw me each time(horrible coincidence) was incredibly rude, and dismissive. I've left this hospital sick all three of my visits, and haven't been back since the third incident. Now, I always just end up getting driven back to Chicago to a hospital that'll help."

"My husband was in the e.r. today for over 6 hrs waiting on 8 stitches in his finger. The e.r. was not busy and we never did understand the wait. We should have left and gone to Graham- next time we won't even bother with MDH. I'm giving 2 stars only because the care was decent once we finally saw someone."

I read hospital rcvd an A grade only 8 others in entire Illinois - it's well earned as staff well trained, tollerant and caring. For a small hospital I am impressed, and appreciative, thank U for the great care. Although I do not recommend its primary care clinic."
