"Fantastic customer service, Mike listened to what we needed and what we wanted. We wanted a customization done to the mattress, there was no problem in doing it. The mattress was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guys were here when they said they would be. They set up and hauled off the old mattress in no time. I can not believe the difference this mattress has made in my life.This mattress is the first time in 20 years I have not had to use a topper. In 20 years I have had 3 new mattresses and with everyone of them I have had to use a topper because of pressure points. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my back in 2003. In 2006 a wreck amplified my back issues. I have suffered from sciatica since 2007, I was diagnosed with fibro in 2019, the same time I was have major back issues from a move. I no longer wake up with severe hip pain, back pain upon waking up is way down. You can see and feel the quality in this mattress. I highly recommend Sterling Matress Factory..
