"Do not go to this place. My son had some bad stomach pain and the front desk person is the rudest person you will ever meet for someone that works in the front. Then the Dr. Supposedly did test and gave me the scare of my life to tell me I should take him the emergency and when I took at at 8:30pm lasted to 2 am for them to tell me it's just a virus and had no reason to send him there. This place is a JOKE for a business and it's kids place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL GIVE BAD SERVICE and doesn't do anything for child STAY AWAY"

"Had terrible experience at this place. Their front desk clerk (guy) has no people skills. He refused to give us a hard copy of the prescription and they never sent it to the pharmacy. We went the entire weekend waiting for them to send it. We ended up going to another provider. They have 1 star reviews for a reason. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"The medical assistant Jeremy made our entire experience a nightmare. While i was there i saw him give other patients a hard time too.. I just moved to this area and I needed a physical for my kids daycare. This clinic has hours that work for our schedule so i decided to give it a try even though the reviews were bad. On our FIRST visit Jeremy was very difficult..he said he couldn’t give us a doctors note because the kids were not sick nor he couldn’t give me proof that the kids had a physical. ..After the doctor tells him to give me a note he ends up giving me the doctors note. The doctor was actually very good and attentive so two weeks later when my children got sick i wanted her so see them, and I happened to have follow up from the physical so I ask if I can take my kids in because they were sick and he says yes. Half an hour before the appointment I call to tell him that unfortunately, I’m having car problems and I asked if I could reschedule but he ignored me and instead charged me a fee and said i have to reschedule 24 hours in advance. He’s doesn’t make you feel comfortable and he is not helpful at all!!"

"Dure más esperando a la doctora . Almost 2 hours and she only lasted in the room 5 minutes. I didn’t get no reason why they did the test on my son , I didn’t get asked if any concerns. And i didn’t understand what she was saying . She didn’t explain herself and she didn’t tell me what the medication she was going to send is for . Neta people like that do not deserve to be children’s doctors. Never again going there ."

"Deeply terrible experiences with Dr. Egborge and the staff. Not one positive encounter with him; my son ended up begging me not to take him back there! It is apparently under new management now; I sincerely hope the new doctor is better than Egborge was... and her staff much more competent than his! If she's smart, she'll sack most of the office "help" and hire new ones. Friendly but UTTERLY INCOMPETENT, don't even keep shot records up to date. They care more about gossiping all the time than about getting work done or looking after patients. Then they all leap into action when the doctor comes out."
