"Our waitress Evelyn (I think, light brown hair in long ponytail) was truly amazing. She made us feel special and welcomed. She was very attentive and cheerful! Really enjoyed my time there with my mom today!"
"My sister and I went here for lunch and got the ultimate feast and lobster dip. Our cocktails were good, and our server was great. Later, both of us got sick that night. I did reach out to the manager there by phone first and was told I would receive a gift card. Now I'm all for trying the place again, however, no gift card. I am very disappointed in this place and apparently lied to just to make me happy on the phone."
"Be VERY careful when paying with a gift card. I had gift card and asked waitress if I could run this through the machine at table. She said "I'll do it for you". When she did, she selected her own tip. When it came time to pay balance left with a credit card, no place to select tip or a customize one. Already done and she selected a 22% tip for herself. Call manager next day from number on receipt. He said he would talk with her and I also would get a credit off my credit card. Got my credit card bill today and NO credit so manager was dis-honest."
"My husband and I ordered the endless shrimp and it was delicious! Of course the cheddar bay biscuits and Caesar salad were awesome too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even took a live lobster out of the water tank and to our table to let my kids see it up close. Very cool!"
