"I got help through one a very nice coworker and he helped me to find my favorite set. I chose my dining set and we went downstairs for check out. The lady was responsible to do rest of checking presses was so unprofessional . She was so rude and didn’t talk to me even one word. She was trying to type one cod at her laptop and she got a personal call . She answered it and kept talking with her language and suddenly left everything and went back and continued to her personal call. i didn’t buy the dining set that I really liked it and I left. Please give job to people that they know how to work professionally . Thanks"

We were greeted by the store manager Ryan who helped answer questions and helped by an amazing associate Austin who helped answer more questions and helped with the sale of the furniture we picked out. Everybody there were really super nice. Even those not directly helping us. Great store! I’d recommend to check them out when you are looking for your furniture needs."

"DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY. I bought a nice, or what seemed nice, leather couch. The delivery guys showed, tried to upload the couch, and broke it. Ashley is using my warranty to fix the couch that was broken by THEIR deliver guys. It's been 2 months, and multiple technicians later, and it's still not fixed. Ashley uses a 3rd party company to do warranty work, and they always say they don't have anything to do with Ashley furniture, so nothings their fault. That may be true, but you need to tell Ashley furniture how upset I am because this is insane. This is the worst experience purchasing furniture from anywhere. This has to be one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, period. I'd advise staying extremely far away from Ashley furniture."

"I bought a couch, two chairs with an ottoman a desk and chair. I bought the the protection plan as well. I have had the whole set for barely a year. The quality is trash. The fabric on the couch and chair are already fraying. The pillow is ripping at the seams and the desk chair is broken. We are not hard on furniture. We are an older couple with no small children. I tried to use the protection plan that I was reluctantly talked into, for the broken desk chair. Of course they red taped their way out of paying for it. I tried numerous times to call the store and speak to my salesman but could never get a person to talk to. Left messages with no return call. N To sum it up. Save your money and buy from a better quality company. Ashley is the worse junk furniture and service I have ever purchased and experienced. NEVER buy furniture protection plans they are always a scam."
