"The staff are super friendly. Desiree is great, if she doesn’t know an answer to something she always asks and makes sure your needs are met. Not having a veterinarian 7 days a week at the kyle location is a huge draw back and makes me want to look for a stable veterinarian office. Waiting for a call back regarding test results are longer than usual, probably bc they don’t have vet assigned to the Kyle location. It’s frustrating when a Dr calls and they don’t look back at previous apts/records before the phone call to address my questions. It’s frustrating to hear, “oh I don’t know I’m not at the Kyle location right now, just calling about your results.” I’m assuming all doctors can access a pets info regardless of location? If not, that’s a problem that should be fixed. There has been mis communication as when a doctor is calling from a different location prescribing meds, but the kyle location has no records or has no idea what im picking up. Dr Rivera was great today, took the time to answer all my questions about my 4 mo old pup and read about his past apt. Tried to schedule my next apt with her to no avail."

"Best vet ever. Super quick and effective! They took care of my sweet Dude and got his rabies vaccination up to date & were so thoughtful! You can tell they really care. Dr. Amend is awesome & the rest of the staff, too. They love their animals, as it should be. Will definitely be back!!"

"I was able to get a quick appt online but I wish I have never gone. As i entered , I was right away asked to provide vaccination records which I was not prepared for because no one informed me of this . I’m trying to hurry look thru emails to find them but unable to do so. They placed my dog and I in a exam room and shortly after, the vet and tech came in and started the pet exam. My dog was shaking from being nervous, not once did the vet or tech try to comfort him or allow me to do so. I don’t believe the outcome of the exam was correct… an ear infection? Slow heart rate? And losing vision on his other eye? My dog couldn’t stay still from the shaking and no labs were done to prove infection. Then the vet says he will come back to give my dog a rabies shot but I was still looking for my records.. after I said no to the rabies shot, the vet mentioned calling animal control and that he’s office manager was not gonna be happy about this. I felt pressure and uncomfortable the whole time. I also had coupon for a free visit but of course there is always a catch. Please don’t go Here, just save yourself the trouble"

"Scheduled for a last minute appointment for my two kitties and was surprised that they had an opening so last minute. The staff were incredibly nice and the check in/checkout experience was fast and seamless. With my two babies prescriptions, I was also surprised at how affordable it was. I would have probably spent a lot more somewhere else. Their new facility is also very nice! Very clean and up-to-date."

"The people that work here genuinely care and they’re very efficient! So kind! They took care of our baby Yuri yesterday when he got his puppy vaccinations, and again today when he had a slight reaction. Very satisfied and will be back again! Thank you Thrive!!!"
