"Called to make an appointment, waited on phone 25 mins. Was told to just walk in, waited an over an hour and a half. If you just have time to waste this place is great. Think everyone works in slow motion. Sitting in this waiting room like this is what I want to do all day. What a sad place, depressing"

"Made a appointment 5 days ago and they said your all set and told me what I needed to bring. Dr even authorized it and said they take my insurance. So this place is not close to me over a 30mins. I get there and black haired overweight chick with loads of makeup tells me I don’t see your appointment. Then she’s like of it was canceled due to no authorization from your insurance. Where you guys gonna call and let me know that or make me drive all the way down here. So unprofessional and she had to roll her eyes. BEWARE of her and this place. Stick with Libertyville imaging it’s worth the drive."

"NEVER COME HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THE RECEPTIONIST NAMED IVY IS VERY RUDE! I went to have some X-RAY a week ago at this facility and the front desk was very very rude and then they were supposed to fax over the records to my doctor and I'm at my doctors appointment now for a follow up for my xrays and they have not received the records. So i call Vista Imaging Center so they could fax over the records and I talked to a woman named Ivy and she was so disrespectful and rude to me. She told me that there was nothing she could do for me and she also kept talking over me when i was trying to talk and then when I asked to speak with her name her she hung up on me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not know what they are doing and you will be treated very rudely here. Good luck!"

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I went here thinking oh perfect - an imagining center (which is typically less expensive to have a scan done at. WRONG, they charge you just like the hospital, except for they have incompetent staff. I called and scheduled confirmed they had the order correct, got there, they claim they don't have it. spend a hour waiting, they finally get it figured out (they don't tell me that so I am trying to get a hold of my doctor on a weekend so I can get my scan done). (This was after arriving to their parking lot being a skate rink and the women at the desk acting like it was not her problem that someone could slip and fall and die on the ice (I am in a leg cast and on crutches) Than they tell me my CD will be ready in a hour. I stop by the next business day and its not ready, they tell me I have to come back I tell them I can't it was supposed to be ready on Saturday - its Monday at 5:30 (they close at 6) and I need the CD for the doctor. They were rude and incompetent the whole way. Save yourself a head ache and drive down to Libertyville, its just as expensive and at least the staff has some idea what they are doing."
