"If this company is anything like their sister company, mattress direct, then they are an awful, horrid company to do any form of business with. If you happen to change your mind about a purchase you make with this company, they will keep your money, hold it hostage and not contact you for at least 2 months. I think this is the lowest of the low when it comes to mattress stores in the Midwest. Their customer service is subpar, and that’s being very generous. I bought a mattress from this company on March 2nd. On March 4th I decided I don’t want to wait 3 weeks for a mattress, so I returned it so I could go somewhere that had what I needed on hand. When I returned it the store clerk told me that my refund would have to come by check In the mail, and that it will take 5-8 weeks. Now why would a mattress take 5 weeks less time to deliver than a check ? I attempted to reach the company many times through many different phone numbers. Their “customer service” line just rings to the voicemail. I called it 25 times and nobody answered. I’ve talked to what I assume is a manager at their Bridgetown location, and he basically told me that nobody communicates with him, apparently he gets the same radio silence I get when I call customer service. So basically if they don’t pay me, I either take the loss or I take them to court, I told the manager to let whoever he can talk to know that if I don’t have a check by the 8 week mark, I am taking them to court. He said “I don’t blame you”. It’s as if nobody in this company cares about anything. I will tell every person I ever meet, for as long as I live that this is an awful company to do business with. Also it’s currently April 20th and I have still not received my checking. This Saturday will be week 7 of waiting on a check from this company. Just go anywhere else."
