Mattress Direct

"We purchased a Beauty Rest mattress 15 months ago at the Wentzville store. This was for our son who was complaining about it not having any comfort. His back would be in pain every morning. We investigated and found that the mattress had no structure or form. Since it was under warranty, I called the store and sent pictures. The salesman said it would be 2 months before they responded. I asked why and was given a rediculous excuse about COVID backlog. I sent more pictures and MD gave more excuses. Their warrentee isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. The mattress was in our garage for over 2 months. We finally had it hauled off . Mattress Direct will not get our business again. By the way, my son and I are disabled."

"Horrible experience. New mattress brake down in 6 months, is a Beauty Rest. I've been trying to get it replaced since March 2021, bought it September 2020. Nothing but excuses. They would tell me would be on next truck. Then was told they didn't receive the required pictures of the mattress. I proved I sent them, they claimed never received them. Then the process started over again. Is Now first of November still not received replacement mattress, they have no clue when I will receive it. I have a mattress that is literally broken down, my recliner sleeps better than the bed now. Don't do business with this business !"

"Doug in Wentzville is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find the right mattress for a hospital bed to use at home. He really listened to all the necessary features and guided me to the best option. He also went way out of his way to make sure it was not only delivered on time, but 2 days early. He's such a great person to work with over the phone and in person. He also has great follow up! I also saw Mattress Direct on the tv show The Thread with Tim Ezell. I learned Mattress Direct and Marshall Home are local to the St. Louis area and up to good things, like hiring Doug to represent their brand. Thankful to Doug and Mattress Direct in a time of need! (PS. I had also called Mattress Firm in Wentzville and the person who answered the phone was quite rude. Didn't even bother to go there!)"

If you want someone to be fair and honest see Doug if not go to Mattress Firm( don’t do any research and just believe everything they say you will be fine)."
