"No customer service. The front desk is not staffed. There is only a tablet. Patients, especially elderly, come in with questions and no one to answer them. The staff are busy taking patients back and frustrated when asked questions. Often appointments are not booked "correctly". What do they expect to happen? They set up this office to put stress on patients and staff. Just hire someone for the front desk. Also, no magazines, TVs, or clock in the waiting room. Just staring at walls . Welcome to bare minimum health care."

"Had to get a 3 hour glucose test. They are super gentle and fast. Just read your instructions, show up on time, and do your part as a patient and they are great. They where very compassionate, checked in on me regularly, and know their stuff. Recommend bringing entertainment if you're doing the glucose test here, you will be sitting in a waiting room in between so don't expect to get a nap. Everything in the office is done through computers, they do not have a secretary and all questions go to the ladies doing everything. If the awnser is short it's because they are hussling."

"The two women working today (Friday, July 21, 2023) were the most miserable humans I’ve ever met. I asked a simple question about leaving a urine sample and was berated by the blonde woman. I had to tell her to calm down because she came at me so aggressively and for no reason. The red/brunette lady was the same way. Super degrading and downright RUDE. I have never experienced such hostility for no reason. Would recommend any other lab than this one."

"This lab was very easy to find. If you arrive early as a walk in having already scheduled an appointment don’t expect to be seen before your appointment as they tend to run on schedule. If you don’t want to wait with a huge group of people in a crowded waiting room arrive prior to 9:30. Schedule before 9:30. The waiting room was full by 9:45/10:00 am. The female phlebotomist was polite. The clinic very clean. I’d recommend this lab over Quest any day. I would use ACL laboratories again."
