"Don't bother making a reservation at this place... they don't honor them. I booked a room a few days in advance of my trip and put a credit card down to secure it and received the standard warning that I will be charged full price if I no-show without cancelling in advance. On they day of my stay, I travelled an hour toward them and when I was 10 minutes away, they called to say they didn't have a room for me. They didn't care that I made a reservation on line and had a confirmation number... they just up and cancelled on me. Don't let them do this to you as well!"
"My 7 day stay was due to home repairs. For a seven day stay the price is very reasonable. The staff rendered great customer service and was helpful and courteous. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the public areas clean and fresh. The upkeep of the building is very well kept. There is a laundry room, The prices were reasonable for their washers and dryers. Dogs are allowed."
"Great attentive staff, nice neighbors, there is no housekeeping all cleaning and washing is done on your own and toiletries are on your own, this is what keeps the prices down. There are a lot of families here and the environment feels safe once you get settled in. No one bothered me I’m a young lady. They have MASSIVE dogs here, so just keep your distance. Ryan is very cool everyone is like family here."
"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful throughout my stay and was always available to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to help me out, ensuring that I was not left hanging with any concerns that I had. I really appreciate the efforts and would definitely stay here again!"
"Toilet seat was broken two days to fix, the bed has a regular mattress on a spring frame that causes my back to hurt. Loud at night lots of dogs no one to cover the office overnight if there's an emergency. However they do have someone to answer the phone after 10 p.m. must bring your own cooking pots and pans and other accessories they do not offer them. I will not be staying there anymore or in any of the woodsprings would not recommend it"
