"I can go on for paragraphs but I'll keep it brief: pros: my convention was great, building looks nice and bed is comfy cons: you have to ask for basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, breakfast was 17.99 for some sausage and a pre packaged bowl of cereal, workers have no idea how to do their jobs don't waste your money here and go literally anywhere else"
"First of all I’ve been in the hotel for four nights and there was empty bottles of conditioner and body wash, and dirty towels. Second of all the room service robbed my Apple Watch charger and USB while doing “room service,” which clearly wasn’t actually a real service. Third of all I called for some tissues two times, but I still didn’t get any, so I had to go down and get some for myself. While I was down I complained about the robbery. They told me there was supposed to be room service which clearly didn’t make sense since the room wasn’t cleaned at all. So basically the room service was just a robbery."
"This hotel should get a 0/5. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There were many pubes and strands of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, poop stains in the toilet, god knows what stains on the tub, and dust everywhere. The sliding doors barely work. The service at the front desk was poor with the employee working seemingly unsure of how to check us in and very slow. Even the cable was not working. Absolutely would never recommend."
"This place has improved 1000% since last year. Rafael and Rebecca in banquets are responsive, professional and very easy to work work. Georgina and the housekeeping team were fantastic. They cleaned promptly and thouroughly and handled extra requests with a smile!"
