"I don't understand how this company stays in business. They seem to have people working doing installs with whom it's hard to decipher how they made it this far in life. What I want to know is, how exactly can one cater to a "higher end" clientele when it seems that you hire dumb dumbs off the street with little to no training? Abysmal. Avoid like the plague."

Two weeks passed and nothing so I contacted him again. He said he sent it and would resend in the morning because he was going to his kids soccer game. No problem, I've got kids and totally understand. Next day nothing. Another day, nothing. Send another inquiry. Nothing! Not sure how these guys stay in business."
