"I had a baby here in September. I had previously gone in numerous times for feeling motion sick and nearly passing out. They kept telling me I was severely dehydrated but never gave me an IV like the Springfield ER did. My bloodwork results showed that I was anemic and my hemoglobin was a 7! But they told me I was fine and nothing was wrong. Then when I gave birth I hemorrhaged and my hemoglobin dropped to a 5!! I nearly died because nobody listened to me about how I felt. I needed surgery and blood transfusions. The nurses are horrible. They make you feel terrible. One of them shoved her finger down my son’s throat to make him want to eat. Even though he had just eaten 3 ounces as a newborn. I was livid. 5 months later and I needed more bloodwork because guess what! My iron is still extremely low and they stopped giving me refills on my iron medication. If I ever have another baby I will drive all the way to Springfield."

"This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. These people don't care about the patients it's all about dollar bill. Also the staff here are not very professional, just the worst place."

"The absolutely worst hospital you could ever go to. We waited for four hours and still never got called back so we left. Went to another hospital. We even heard people were there til 12 and 1 pm and still waiting to be called back!! That is ridiculous!!! They don’t care for your health. If they did, they get you back there at a decent time. It isn’t like the old days where they got you in and out in no time!! We will go to another hospital from now on!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT HOURS UPON HOURS!!"

"Since a change in doctor, my wife's treatment has been atrocious. She has one handicapped arm with extensive nerve pain that has been treated for chronic pain for over 25 years. In a fall, she broke her other shoulder just as the clinic changed doctors. The new doctor absolutely refuses to treat her pain for either arm. She has been and is miserable in pain for 8 weeks. Disgusting."

"Was wondering why a hospital isnt required to advise the patient the results of a medical tests done before they leave! My husband was released from hospital on August 25 of last year and passed away within 12 hours of being released! Of a massive heart attack! After his passing we got copies of the ekg done they did and showed blocked artery and no knowledge or anything !! we werent even told the results!!!They played god and that’s not right and it cost my husband his life!!"
