"The room was space as a jail cell and we kept getting calls from the office saying we were too loud every time we turned the TV volume up past 4 and spoke above a whisper the neighbors kept peeking at us through the door every time we went out to our car"

"On priceline it shows check in time at 12pm. I arrived and was not allowed to check in even after showing the lady that it stated noon check in. When I returned later that evening to check in I was refused my room because I got mad earlier. I never raised my voice or cursed I merely said I only rented a room there because I could check in at noon."

"You get what you pay for. Believe ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! I wouldn’t give them 1 star!!!!! This is the nastiest most triflin hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! They did not clean our room and bathroom! Since they did not clean I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the tub and at that point the fat white lady got big and loud behind the glass she was standing behind because they didn’t do their job! Threatened to call the police because she wanted to get big and bad behind her little nasty office. They are ratchet here but you get what you pay for! We also had to ask for toilet paper because it was less than a half a roll when we checked in!. They are worst than the GHETTO! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Everyone was accurate and I just thought that maybe I would have a nice stay here, NO! Believe all the bad reviews! Do not book here unless you are comfortable in ratchet establishments with horrible customer service."

"It was close to the racetrack. A TV & a microwave. There were No nightstand(s), No desk & No chest of drawers. My phone had to be on the floor while it charged. Was afraid I'd step on it. I wasn't impressed."

"I booked online with agoba stating that I would come between 3-4 am. Upon arrival, they said they wouldn't accept my online booking. So, I paid $55 for 5 hours to sleep plus another $25 for a non-smoking room; in total $80. When I arrived to the room, first it had a smoking symbol. Second, when you opened the door the cigarette smell came gushing out. They refused to give me a refund even though I didn't even put a foot inside. I requested to speak with the manager or owner, they refused to give me a number. I I called the cops. They said, they couldn't do anything about it because it was a civil matter. I ended having to dispute the charges with my credit card. Allow my suffering to become your relief- don't waste your money nor time with dishonorable businesses and their employees. Spend the extra money on a nice motel or hotel with peace of mind."
