"Beware and avoid this business!!! Due to life events, I needed to cancel my Nepal trip and use the travel credit to book something else for a more convenient time. When I messaged my sole contact, Sunita, about this she didn't respond. After following up a few times I finally got a response from her telling me she had a major dental surgery and she would follow up on the next Monday (she did not). When I asked if someone else could help with my needs I was told she was the only one. Having a single point of failure in a business is not good for anybody involved! When I tried to call the office, the woman who answered just put the phone down as soon as I started talking (she didn't say anything), another guy then picked up the phone, avoided answering my questions and just told me he didn't know where Sunita was but he would tell her to call me. He also pretended to take my phone number down (I only said like half of the number). They acted like they couldn't understand English or something, which is confusing because thy have a phone number for English speaking countries. It was SO SKETCHY. Sunita did eventually reach out to me that day. She seems like a nice enough person but this is a business. If you know your entire business depends on one person, you should 1) inform your paying clients when you will be unavailable 2) have someone else who can take over your responsibilities should you become unavailable. Instead, I have to do all this back and forth with a person who clearly shouldn't be working for something that is SO EASY to do in 2023 with modern technology. No amount of savings on the ticket price is worth the hassle of working with this business and handing over control of your plane ticket to them. I just gave up and am counting the money as lost because there is a deadline to use the travel credit and I have too much going on to continue having to follow up and cajole the sole person that can do anything about it. I can not emphasize enough, you will be giving COMPLETE control of your plane ticket to ONE PERSON if you choose to work with this business. They sign a contract with American Airlines that literally forbids AA from stepping in to help manage your ticket unless it is two days before the flight and you have verifiable proof that the company is refusing to help you. The ticket won't be in your online AA account to manage either, you just have to wait and trust this ONE PERSON who you don't know but is responsible for your whole trip. I never received anything official from American Airlines/Qatar Airways either, just ticket information that was copied and pasted into an email thread by Sunita. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT work with this company!! Sunita is friendly and I'm sure she could convince you to pay them money to manage your trip, please don't fall for it."
