"We stayed at this hotel for a college visit to Augustana in Rock Island. The hotel was easy to find. It had to be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at, from both outside & inside noise. The bed was super comfortable and Amanda, at check-in, was super friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast was ok - not what we've been used to at Comfort's, but it was enough to get the day started & move on. I don't agree with no water, anywhere - pitchers, a jug - just something, but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay & I'd recommend it."
"Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are roomy, clean and smell great!! I enjoyed the mini breakfast buffet. They have room on the side of the entrance to park your 18 wheeler. Unfortunately my 18 wheels was in the shop 15 miles away, which is why I ended up here. I must say I am fortunate that I did!!"
"Could not be more pleased. Comfortable bed lots of pillows, clean sheets AC in room. That works. TV works well hot showers supplied hairdryer. Great value for the money."
"Room was spacious and clean with a sofa, microwave and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable and room was fairly quiet even with kids next door. I chose the location to be close to a race (~5 minutes from Hennepin finish line). Rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day or on request which was fine for me on this stay, but just to keep in mind if traveling with family. There is breakfast but it doesn't start til 7. I really wish hotels would have a grab n go early option."
"Stayed here on a work trip for 3 days. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The bed was ok, water pressure in shower wasn’t the best, had my power go out when I used the microwave which was fixed within minutes after I called the front desk. Breakfast wasn’t accessible until breakfast hours which was a bummer for me as I had to leave before 6am for work. It’s always nice to be able to at least grab some to-go snacks but in this case the breakfast area was roped off and completely dark when I left."
