"I went through the drive thru as the only vehicle. Sent their capsule back and hit the call button. Waited 5 minutes for a response and they told me to wait. While I'm asked to wait a second car pulls up to the other window. They immediately help that car and they leave. A third car pulls up, they help them and they leave. A fourth car pulls up and then they finally help me. I was picking up a refill, which is quick and wasy. What happened to first come first serve?"
