"I have had a love/hate relationship with this office and specialist. When I am able to get-in for an appointment (if it does not get rescheduled) they are at least 1 hour behind schedule as they tend to 3x or 4x overbook. I leave messages with the staff that are never returned by the doctor. The doctor gave me a hard time for going to the ER, however I never received a response or anyone on the phone when I called prior to going to the ER that day. When I had finally gone in for a colonosopy, he was quick to diagnose and helped me out. The follow-up is severely lacking and expect to be extremely frustrated with the care if matters are not urgent."

"Dr. Naeem is a great doctor and truly cares about his patients. He has two locations (Westover Hills and Stone Oak) to serve his patients. At one point I had a PICC line put in and was on TPN. His office staff gave me the run around the first several days and we had some issues getting the supplies, which is why I gave him four stars instead of five. Since then though, his staff has been wonderful and they seem to have gotten themselves together and are much more organized. The staff and nurses at both locations are very friendly and always seem to care. Dr. Naeem always takes whatever time is needed to make sure his patients are taken care of. He asks about my family and takes an interest not just in my health issues, but also in my life. It is obvious that he wants what is best for me."
