"I'm a new patient. Dr. Patel, her assistance and Vernita were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I was on a great emotional high that day 11/7/23. Until I met Cindy the Phlebotomist. I was explaining to Cindy about my crazy veins & where it could be found. She looked at me and quoted "Have you ever been a Phlebotomist! Will you let me do me do my job". My spirts just tanked, the rest of my day was very emotional. I see signs posted everywhere in the doctor's office about respecting the staff. What happened to respecting the patients? It's not always what you say, but how you say it. Cindy gets the 1 star, sorry she's a representation of Texas Oncology."

"Dr Diggakar & staff was the best, attentive to details. I was diagnosed with NHL in 2016 and thank God 2023 no more Pet Scans. Amy was always available when my wife and I had questions about the entire process. Words can't express my love for her and others on his staff. God Bless them all. Pray no one has to see him however, if so you want be disappointed."

"I think everyone at the clinic, including the receptionist and vernita are great. The infusion nurses Avery, Kristina, and Jessica are always the best. Everyone always makes me feel like home.Dr. Pollard has walked me through a very scary time in my life. After 2 years i am still here and thankful for the treatments she gave me.I am loving my life now. Her medical assistant Giselle is so friendly and nice, she keeps a smile on my face."

"Dr. Pollard is my doctor and has been the best doctor I’ve had since coming to the adult side. I have had doctors in 3 different cities and she is the best I’ve ever had. She has explained things to me if I didn’t know, has great bedside manners, and even asks how I’m doing if I am just passing her in the hallway. She never judged me for not knowing things that my other doctors didn’t tell me about or explain. The nurses in the infusion center are so sweet and nice. They have always made sure I was ok when I would be leaving. They have even been there for me during times that had nothing to do my infusions and were personal. I’ve known Avery the longest coming to the infusion center she is amazing and since day one she has treated me with care and respect. She makes sure I stay hydrated. I have asked her so many different types of questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would get it for me. Avery, Kristina, and Jessica have the biggest hearts and genuinely care about the patients in the infusion center. They are very hardworking and sometimes work through their lunch just to make sure us patients are getting what we need. I haven’t had any bad experiences with Texas Oncology Arlington South, a couple very minor things has happened but nothing that has ever made me want to leave, or complain about."

"Adult Hematology Doctors are hard to find but Dr. Elizabeth Pollard is great. She listens to her patients and truly partners with you about your care and treatment. I like that she sits and talks to me when I need to go over things and I never feel rushed. Her nurse Kay is always responsive when needed. I have been coming here for years and even built relationships with all the nurses in the infusion clinic. They help work with my schedule to get me in. I've had to reach out to Avery for same day fluids and she gets me worked in. I've seen Avery, Jessica, and Kristina treat multiple patients and are always polite and caring. I haven't dealt with the other Oncologist much (since they don't treat my blood disorder) but I refer anyone that ask for a Hematologist to Dr. Pollard."
