"In the beginning they were not too bad and help me with some things. My experience is as soon as they think they have done enough they blow you off pretty much. They don’t answer anymore and they call you back and say they will help but don’t. It’s so scary when you have never been thru anything like this. I guess I thought they would be more caring and helpful and ask if your okay but they don’t, at least with me they didn’t. Reading about the service they offer I feel pretty let down"
