"To borrow a wheelchair at this location the ladies upfront will take your driver's license and/or ID card. Not sure if this is a general policy of theirs. But for sure that wasn't the case for the white folks I saw who also borrowed a wheelchair. So is this rule set for people of color only?"
"I chose to have my breast cancer treatment in Harlingen where I lived and after checking around selected Dr. Sarhill as my doctor. Overall I had as excellent an experience as a person could have under the circumstances. Dr. Sarhill was great. Front desk staff were often too rushed to be "friendly," but they were efficient and got the job done. Everyone else was top notch. I thank them all for my excellent treatment outcome."
"Doctor saw my 80 year old mother in hospital. Did surgery and biopsies and instructed her to follow up with him. Sylvia called to explain process after I voiced my concern about long wait time. My mother has a follow up and I am extremely glad she called to explain this. The thought that my mother has cancer is scary and I am thankful Sylvia saw this and was professional and friendly in letting me vent. I now feel my mother is truly well taken care of."
