"I have loved the clinic and vet for routine visits, however I was GREATLY let down today. My dog got bit on the eye. I had no idea what to do and called the vet for help. I sent an email and called twice with just the runaround. It was a busy day but I showed up just asking for the vet to pop into the lobby for 30 seconds (max) to tell me if he needed stitches. I sat for 30 minutes with no help. If all you ever need for your pet is routine visits, this one's great. Don't expect to have care shown in an emergency situation. Kyle Animal Hospital saw me right away with such gentleness and care. I would recommend them to anyone!"
