"I really enjoy the wellness packages and appreciate the prompt responses when I need to call or make an appointment. Plus the new pet desk rewards app keeps giving me discounts that help reduce the cost of appointments! The vets are awesome and everyone makes managing my pet’s health more peaceful. My large lab is traumatized by nail trims and his wellness package includes free nail trims and they offer anesthesia each time which I pay for. So I no longer have to drimmel his nails while he frustratingly nips me and cries and barks. All my anxiety of caring for my anxious dog is gone. I live an 1.5 hours away and still drive there because it is worth it! Shout out to Dr Gupta!"
"The staff at this place are so genuine and clearly shows their love for animals. I love taking my animals here.i actually had a follow up call for one of my babies from the actual vet himself! Which is amazing! Best vet hospital I've dealt with this far hans down!!! I travel about 30-45 min, depending on traffic to this place because they are that fantastic!! "It seemed the Google reviews were possibly a little skewed toward five stars and maybe unreliable. However, we went today because they are only a minute away and our usual vet (a half hour away) couldn't see us. We were definitely surprised at how good we felt about them after our visit. We were definitely impressed with Dr. Matthews. He is very caring, reasonable and approachable. Our sweet cat has a new vet. Thank you for getting us in today."
