"I can't possibly recommend this vet enough! As a new patient I called them short notice and got me in right away. The way they handled my dog....amazing job by everyone! It's a high end state of the art facility and the employees that i interacted with were all awesome and appeared to genuinely care! Even got a follow up from the actual vet the next day to make sure my dog was ok. Literally never seen that happen before, it's usually someone at the front desk. Seriously....take your pet here!"

"I would highly recommend. My cat had a respiratory infection and needed to been seen. I called them at 10am and they were able to schedule him for 2:30pm the same day. They took extra precautions to ensure he was ok to be sent home and ensured me that he would make a recovery (unless anything out of our control happened). He is now fully recovered and they’ve called me twice checking in on him which means a lot to me, most Animal hospitals do not do that. At least not at Petco or any other place I’ve been. Pricing was very reasonable and didn’t try to charge me for any testing that was not needed. They also take ScratchPay which was a huge plus. You can tell they truly care about your animals here."

"I have been hesitant with committing to a new vet for my cats, but firehouse made us feel super welcomed! I still have a lot to learn about being a cat mom but the vet and the technician that helped us were super communicative and explained everything very throughly. My cats are super sweet but they do get a bit nervous in strange environments, but they handled him very gently. Safe to say we found our new vet in Kyle! Definitely recommend to any pet parents looking for a place to treat their babies."

"They are absolutely amazing!! I came in as a new client at the last minute after having a disappointing experience with another vet. I needed to take my dog to the emergency, and they immediately calmed me down and comforted both me and my dog. They took us into a room right away, examined my dog to determine what was wrong, and provided the necessary care. I cannot express how grateful I am to have such an incredible staff and vet in Kyle. The prices are great, and their equipment is all new! I'm impressed with how they meticulously document everything that happens in the room, sending me emails and reports with detailed information that is very helpful for my dog's health records. My favorite thing about this place is that as a new client, they gave me a cute bag with a bottle of wine. Even though I came in for an emergency visit on my birthday, I was worried and stressed, but the staff and vets were so amazing and warmly welcomed me.
