"I left and went elsewhere after a cold interaction with the front desk receptionist. She seemed bothered that I was trying to explain my dogs symptoms and his history. In the years I’ve had pets, went to other clinics, and a few emergency situations I have never had such a cold feeling from a receptionist. I couldn’t shake it and took my dog elsewhere. Those initial interactions are so crucial when entrusting your loved one to a place."

"Dr Roxanna was absolutely amazing, compassionate and really did a great job. Our dog had got misdiagnosed with bronchitis that was really lung cancer. She did a great job with a very difficult situation. We end up having to put our dog down and that facility. The room was really nice and I liked that we got to play music to our dog and the whole family got to say good bye."
