"I must say the CVS employees here are a breath of fresh air. However, Sam makes me feel at home. Sunshine attitude, great CS, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Today , I’m almost in tears. I’ve depressed and my hearts been heavy. I just want to say thank you Sam for being you. A great human being!!"

"This is a PSA at this point. Avoid CVS, especially this store, at all costs. I have gestational diabetes, and my insurance changed, so I can't fill out my testing strips with anyone but CVS. I ask for the prescription to be transferred to them on a Thursday; they say it will take 2 days (which is already a long time, but thankfully, I can wait). I call Saturday; they say they transferred the prescription, but they don't have the testing strips, that MAYBE they will come Monday or Tuesday on their supply truck, and that no other CVS stores in a 20 mile radius have them. Ok, maybe I can stretch them that far. I get a text on Sunday saying they are ready. I ask: did you get an earlier truck? No, they were in a back room. When I ask why they didn't check that back room when I called Saturday, they said (direct quote) "we have no reason to" and "we don't know what's in the back room". So, your prescriptions could be in this mysterious back room, and because they have "no reason" to look, they make you wait. Also, this sounds like an excuse because I know there are certain substances that you need to keep a close eye on your inventory (such as narcotics or psych medicine) that you should NEVER leave unaccounted - so, either a lie or they are doing something illegal. And for those that go "call corporate"; I have done that, several times, and nothing gets done. They rotate people around the stores, or fire them, and they change policies to make it even more difficult for the customers and for new staff.... no wonder they are closing stores."

"I don't know if it's the Pharmacy Manager who fails to keep a well productive pharmacy but the staff always has excuses for not having prescriptions ready. They blame the CVS app faulty, that the information is incorrect, they blame the medical office for not answering their request for prescriptions (when my doctor prescribed the medication at the beginning of the month, re-occurring automatic refills), they say the prescription will be ready at a certain time (yet when I arrive, they couldn't refill because they needed to order it and it won't be available for number of days). People avoid this pharmacy, they are not helpful and if you try to correct or questions their excuses, their already bitter faces get enraged."

"Attention Sam! You are a great manager and your team are super excellent workers. I witnessed a customer who really gave them a hard time but they remained nothing less than professional. Charlotte and Fen are always pleasant to me when I come in the store and greets me with exceptional service."
