"I called to get information on how to go about a legal situation and the receptionist there with the name of ROSA was very rude and unprofessional like im new to the situation and I was trying to get guided on what I needed to do next not everyone knows how the legal ofc works its your job to be understanding and show some kind of sympathy and actually listen and guide me in the correct direction not talk over me and tell me to call another ofc"
