"Owner failed to disclose personal relationship to seller. It took 7 hours and multiple calls from buyer/realtor/lender to get them to release wiring information (when every other title company on the planet actually helps buyers through the wiring process instead of delaying it). They refused to cooperate with the mortgage company to fund closing, waited several days and delayed closing. Additionally, 3 weeks after closing it was revealed they had not funded home insurance/home warranty and had tried to just keep this money. Dishonest, incompetent, and unprofessional."
