"EXCELLENT Customer service provided! I had a money order that I needed to deposit into our business account. I had reached out to our Corporate Banking representative, Lauren Janssen for assistance. When I let her know which branch I would be going to for the deposit, she reached out to them to let them know to expect me. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff Shine, he was friendly and professional, and even had the deposit slip already completed and waiting for me. Now that's customer service; much appreciated!!"

"The past two times I’ve been inside this location, the front desk staff seem somewhat unfriendly. Other than that they are very professional. The online banking experience and phone customer service is excellent however. Update: Our business applied for the PPP business loan on April 3rd, the day it was approved. We were literally among the first to apply and had many issues. After a couple of weeks I called to explain my situation to their customer service management. They put me in contact with a great business lender who got us approved and processed quickly just before the funds from the government ran out. They literally helped me in a big way to save my business from going under during uncertain times."
