"Have only been in the parking area of Founders Hall. The outside is maintained and groomed from landscaping to cleanliness of surrounding. The residents of the hall are respectful and help maintain the area where their vehicles are parked. They are also helpful with guests in contacting the resident for the visitor(s)."
