"I went into this place today just a moment ago. From the front door there's at least five different employees in there. I received. No greeting. No Hello, no How can I help you? I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and there was no correspondence from the employees. As I was leaving I noticed a little black lady walking in and she waved and they looked up and didn't even speak but she was coming there I guess to pay on her pawn so they had to help her.. My point is if you wish to sell things or have a successful business you need to communicate with your potential customers. I'll go to many pawn shops all over and I'm a paying customer but I hate going to places where you're not greeted and treated as a potential customer. Will never return to this location. Thank about it if you ever go to this place."

"So to be honest I’ve not been a fan of the Cash America Pawns in the past, however Debra the manger and David the assistant manager have always been fair and friendly. They are the main reasons I like coming to this location in particular. They always have a good selection of firearms and tools. They are very knowledgeable and when looking for either this is usually my first stop. I’ve been to many shops before but I feel like a valued customer every time I come here. Definitely the best pawn shop in the cedar park area and the absolute best of the Cash America shops. They have a customer for life!!!"

"I have been going to this pawn shop on and off for years now because of the location. My boyfriend and I like to get the cheap DVDs there and usually get some sort of hunting equipment. However, I have begun to notice that the employees are extremely racist towards me, kurt and tbh just rude when I go in there. They never want to work with me and usually a good majority of them run to the back instead of helping me. So I will wait for someone to assist me for at least 15 min which would be understandable if they had a customer other than me in the store at that time. If you are a minority do not go here they will not treat you fairly and make rude remarks about your ethnicity."

"Great pawn shop. All employees here are very nice especially shop manager Debra. Always greet you when you walk through the door. Great selection. Like the pricing on the tabs showing the decrease of pricing in the future if the product stays on the shelf. Outstanding service."
