"They have done my complicated return for several years. Carrie Chandler did a good job this year, even with all the challenges coming her way with COVID and all. I provided documents to Carrie and only talked on phone some to go over finer points of items I provided her. We then met at the end to go over return, sign it and she filed it with the IRS.
