"***Small Business's Beware*** My initial meeting with Donna Traweek was early summer of 2015. All I needed done was sales tax filling and annual income tax. Very simple tasks I thought. In that first meeting I asked what do you need from me? Here response was I'll get you a short list. Next I asked what are fee's. She replied with a reasonable figure and that was that. Never got any type of list from this office. Next thing I see is the reasonable fee had doubled so I gave Donna a call and she fixed it. This lasted maybe one quarter than it began happening again, then I find out that she is not handling my account and had passed it off to her son Chris. So I had to go back down there and straighten things out again. When I got there it was like neither one knew what was going on and couldn't find my paperwork or folders, but eventually they did. Both were in the same room and I brought it to Donna's attention that the price being charged was not the price we agreed upon. This again was straighten out and we continued on. Summer of 2016 I go in to drop off my mid year sales tax, two days later I get a call that they lost my paperwork with the correct numbers needed for filling making me have to regenerate the entire quarter. Early January 2017 I went in to drop off last quarter sales tax of 2016 and discuss end of year income taxes and they couldn't find any of folders that had been left throughout the year. After searching, they did finally find them. At the end of the first quarter of 2017 I receive yet another incorrect billing for their office reflecting an amount double what was agreed upon. So on the the phone again with Donna. The result of the conversation was in her words “I'll issue a credit and get that taken care of right away” I said “thanks Donna, I want to get you paid”. I never received any credit, phone calls, email or anything in the mail stating the new balanced owed. Yesterday I dropped off the 2nd quarter sales tax for 2017 to be processed, today I get a call from the officer girl at the from desk stating I have an outstanding balance and needed to get this paid before they would figure this quarters sales tax. Of course I had her explain it to me. Long story short, Donna was still charging me the same double amount again like she had done before. I said “No that's not right let me talk to Donna”. Donna answers the phone and I discuss the fact that this again is not the figure we agreed upon. Her response was “Well why don't we just part ways peacefully” and hung up on me."
