"I’ve been a member for probably three years now I opened up my personal and business accounts at the Arlington location. There’s been several occasions where I have gone to the drive-through and some of the employees working the drive-through have a very condescending or unhappy or rude demeanor. Today I decided to go make a deposit heading to the office. There was no one in the drive-through and no cars at the front of the bank so I would assume there was no one there needing assistance . I’m pulling into the drive-through and Fill out my deposit slip fully with all of my identification information filled out Once I sent it over the young lady at the drive-through came back promptly and said that I needed to send my ID. I told her that I had already filled out the information fully for her and you could tell she looked back at the deposit slip, and then said well I still need it . Then send her my ID and around minutes later nothing had happened so I messaged them and she said we are almost done. I said OK thank you and still nothing I didn’t call again right as someone else pulled up at the drive-through iMessage again. It had now been 15 or 16 minutes and I asked what was going on and she said that her branch manager was reviewing I said are you serious…. It’s been 15 minutes. Just send my stuff back. So, without apology or any explanation back my stuff a few minutes later The deposit was never made, and they would not answer call again . If I wasn’t in a hurry, I literally would’ve walked in and closed my business account along with my personal accounts today . I’m very disappointed, and surprised that a bank/credit union would want this type of behavior to represent them. Again, I’m sure not all of the branches are like this, but this has been my experience pretty continually at this branch in Arlington . I then reached out to the call center. I attempted to call the corporate headquarters and they also told me that I would need to submit a form online rather than give me contact information for anybody in charge at the bank. They stated that there was no one that could help me in the center that they did not have managers there . I’m going to leave about my experience since I can’t get a hold of anyone. One very disappointed member ."

"Fantastic service! I've read the bad reviews here and most of those seem to be people who don't want to follow banking rules. Because of the enormous amount of fraud, banking follows rules. I have never had the people at this bank not help me. Sometimes they were not able to do what I wanted because of a rule or issues but the staff has always been patient and helped me. If you personally have trouble being told no because of federal laws, banks may not be for you."
