This is THE MOST INCOMPETENT GROUP OF A GOVERNMENT AGENCY IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. SHAME SHAME SHAME….. it is an abomination"

"Horrible Horrible Horrible, This program is a total cluster of confused agents giving misleading and incorrect information. It is absolutely heart breaking that is being done to 1. Americans by Americans, 2. Its us the Small Business Owners that keep the world turning. 3. They are treating the legitimate companies (My) as if we are the ones being criminal misleading and SBA agencies false information. So the real business owner have to suffer because of the dishonesty of others. And SBA Agency not thoroughly picking the fraudulent applications apart and denying the but instead, deny those that are in business and have been for numerous of years. I has been 1 1/2 years since applying for EIDL loan assistance as well and Targeted Advance. And I have yet to receive any type of assistance with funding for my business, since the onset of Covid. This process has been confusing, uninformative, misleading and have caused my company to be in a worst state now more than before, waiting on the Government and SBA to assist but not getting any assistance. Its a sad situation for Business Owners here in America, and here in Tulsa, Oklahoma"

"I'm a sole proprietor and sometimes use my personal bank account with my business. My personal bank rejected my small SBA loan. I've been waiting more than 9 months just for this department to type in my business checking account and routing number. Something that takes 30 seconds. It's unbelievable. I even contacted a congressman to look into it. Still no dice. You would think being a war veteran would help. Hell no!"

"The worst experience ever! A representative called me to get my correct information to process an increase on my SBA loan, he asked alot of questions and told me that I answered the questions properly and he would look over everything and send my loan to be approve. The guy calls back only 30 minute later to tell me he wouldn't recommend for me to get the increase but he doesn't know why. He advised me I would get a letter with an explanation of why was denied and hung up! This is not the culture of the SBA it was set up to help small business like myself., however the representatives are being very bias and discriminatory toward small minority owned businesses."
