"I should have known better when I called to make an appointment and the man that answered gave me an appointment time without ever asking for name, pets' names, contact info, nothing. Sure enough, I show up on the day and time he tells me only to find a note on the door that says the location is by appointment only and not a soul inside. I called them before I left the parking lot and was told by the same man that I had canceled my appointment so there was no staff there. If I can't trust them with this basic stuff, there's no way I will ever try trusting them with my dogs."

"Wow, what awful customer service. I called as a new client to ask about a basic service and COULD. NOT. UNDERSTAND. the man on the phone. I apologized profusely a few times and explained I didn't understand what he had said but he just spoke faster then said "I'll call you back" and hung up. ???!! What?? I called back in a couple of minutes hoping to speak with someone else and I think a different man answered that spoke a little better English. He gave me less than minimal information if not even a bit condescending in his response. I started to say thank you for the information and he just hung up. Good Lord how is this place even open?!"

"The vet called me himself and got me in the next day. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful!!! I had an appointment scheduled for today at 230pm, when I arrived at 227pm the door was locked. I messaged them and was asked to reschedule in Haltom City for another day. I was given no notice of needing to reschedule. If you’re having an issue with your dog and need to be seen, I suggest you go elsewhere. Not notifying a customer is very rude and unprofessional"

"Scheduled an appointment here for my dog to get her shots and the day before they had reschedule and told I had to go to a different location because the doctor was was moving to that location. Which was fine, we had the time. But when we showed up to the other vet, we were told nobody communicated with them, they were all booked for the day and couldn’t see my dog. I tried calling Saginaw again to see what had happened and no answer. (I called twice)"
