"Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication. I appreciate being able to get a same day appointment for my sick pup. Dr. Kramer was wonderful and has been excellent for my pup post-surgery as well. The surgery ended up being a lot more in-depth than initially anticipated and they took excellent care of him and communicated with me right after surgery. I would definitely recommend and will be bringing my other pets here as well!"

"The entire staff at Avondale Haslet Vet is always so welcoming and warming. I love how they are so caring to my dog Benny. We came in on Saturday 2/24/24 for Benny's vaccinations and yearly blood panel. (I forgot the name of the Dr that was filling in for Dr Jim, but she was the kindest, sweetest young lady) They are so kind and gentle with him. When he was getting his exam, the Dr and nurse were so patient in making Benny feel so comfortable. They treat him as if he was their own. There is another vet that is closer to where we live, but I refuse to switch vets because I love Avondale Haslet Vet Drs and Staff so much, and I trust them with my Benny's life. Words cannot describe the appreciation I have for them, I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for a Vet for their precious fur babies!"

"13 1 stars out of 580 for this vet? Somethings up with this to start out. Brought our 3 boxers in for grooming and nail trim. None of our boxers received water while there. Also, our Brindle boxers whites were not even touched. I have tried coming back and giving you another chance, but your high prices and terrible staff up front have forced me into other options. The unfortunate part of this is we LOVE Dr. Kramer, and he will be missed... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE..."

"New to the area and new to this office. My pupper Shiloh is naturally nervous at the "dogtor's" office... But he quickly warmed up and calmed down. Everyone was friendly and helpful and what could have been a traumatic visit for a new patient checkup was the highlight of our day!"
