"Do not use this organization. They completely wasted my time. Im not sure if they really help anyone. We jumped through all their hoops only for them to give us a vague and unclear reason about why they could not help us with funding. Normally an organization will have a clear and precise reason for not being able to help you. We had to come up with solutions for them during the process because they did not send us workable pdf files to use. (they want everything to be paperless) We came up with solutions for that problem. When we alerted them to the problem they just ignored us. Go somewhere else if you need funding."

"Don't recommend this company at all. They claim to be veteran friendly, they are terrible at communicating and our experience has been a disaster I hope to help others avoid the hassle. We were told for months our loan would go through, then something within the company took priority. When they finally got back to us they made everything sound great. 9 months into it, still no funding but our loan sat in underwriting for several months. One random day we get notice that underwriting is wanting to change some things up and they needed something from us, we get the information requested to them that same day and almost a year later still nothing. Not only has our loan sat in the hands of underwriting for an insane amount of time but the company has now completely ghosted us in all forms of communication. Communicating from the start wasn't great but to ignore people you've been working with and telling them they're approved for a veteran loan and almost a year later deciding to completely ignore emails and phone calls is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. We have reached out numerous times to our loan officer, called higher ups, emailed and called the director for veteran loans and to date haven't heard anything. It's now been almost 2 months of complete loss in communication. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this awful company at all cost. There are so many other companies out there who are willing to work with you and will respect you much more."

"This organization is a joke. All they did was waste my time. They don't even return calls. If you're a small business owner you have way better chances of getting help from Liftfund."

"Working with peoplefund has been an absolute pleasure. Worked with Heather and Erika. Started the process for a small business loan and covid 19 hit halting the entire process, extremely frustrating. However, Erika kept me in the loop the entire time and once loan funding resumed, we finished the process quickly and was funded in about a day or two. They even extended the first payment date due to covid. Would highly recommend. Thanks peoplefund!"
