"I've been here twice, both times I bought a piece, both times the employees were kind, informative and patient. I didn't spend much time in there before I found a piece I liked, but the girl working didn't act inconvenienced by my questions (seems to be my experience at other smoke shops) and even gave me her personal opinion/experience and recommendations for a cleaner. Both times I've been here, I've bought pieces that were really nice quality for the price. The glass is thick and durable. The bong I bought today is one of the smoothest pieces I've ever used. I'm extremely impressed. One of the best smoke shops in Kankakee. Will definitely be back!"

"I bought an electronic vape box 2 weeks ago from the owner I went to charge it for the first time the light turned on the box didn't charge wouldn't do nothing so I brought it back as the store I asked if the owner was there because he's the one who I bought the box from last time and she said no took it tried figuring out what was going on. Rosa was telling me everything that I could be doing wrong to it I told her no I've been smoking for a while since carts came out and I know how to use the boxes everything is done I read the directions I tried everything. She told me I needed to go to the other store and I asked her if she could see if the other store had this particular brand because two weeks ago they did not have none at the Kankakee store she did nothing I asked her nicely I said please would you call next thing I know she cops a attitude text the owner finally. But when I called the other store where he was they answered so I'm not sure why the owner was ignoring his employees text but I did go to the Kankakee store and begged the owner to watch the video of what happened at this store and he said that it's all me so I do not recommend this store or k3 smokes to anyone because the owner accuse you of being racist for throwing money on counter and wanting resolution to a problem."
