"Absolute trash, if you want incompetence and complete disregard for your case...be my guest fathers. Don't take my word for it do your own research on this firm and you will see the 5 star reviews are bogus. I was ordered to send passport documents to this firm to forward to the mother of my child's lawyer....This firm shredded the notarized copy and sent a photo copy. When the mother of my child filed for the passport, they did not accept the photo copy. This was months after I sent the original notarized documents.I was then forced to get the documents notarized again and send them straight to the mother. They are good for nothing. I do not recommended. You will pay a lot of money for mediocre representation."

"My wife and I were referred to Allecia Lindsey-Pottinger (ALP) Law Firm through our MetLife insurance policy. We are looking for legal advice because my cousin-in-law is dying of cancer in a third-world country and would like us to take care of her son in the U.S. when she passes. We scheduled an appointment last week and were promised free advice from ALP this week, even though we let them know we would expect MetLife Insurance to cover at least some amount of the consult. Instead, ALP waited until 15 minutes before the conference to let us know that they were "phasing out"...blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile my cousin-in-law's time is quickly passing as well as our ability to find legal counsel regarding our ability to care for her 13 year old, soon to be orphaned, son. It would've been welcomed for ALP to tell us beforehand that they wouldn't take our case because the money from insurance isn't good enough instead of leading us on to think we might have found some needed help."

"Do not waste your time or money! I was quoted $4500 for a SIMPLE child support case and spent nearly $11k. Communication was lacking and inconsistent at best. My attorney was fired two weeks before my court date and Allecia showed up to court late with little insight on my case. Please be diligent and research the law firm/attorney you choose. You choice can save you time, money, and STRESS!"
