But do not call or insure you are contacted prior to. When their system is setup incorrectly. I have to use my wife's ssn and my name to access online. I would highly recommend seeking funds elsewhere."
"Never answer the phone. They owe me money and I'm trying to get them to resend my check, but I can not get in touch with anyone. We are in a recession and I'm jobless at the moment. I overpaid when I paid off my loan. So any amount of money would help right now. I know $300 is not a lot of money to many people, but in my current situation it is."
"This is the worst Small Business Administration Office you can do business with. After making a payment on 5-13-22 I ask the lady to send me a E-mail confirmation of my payment which has been done for years by other S.B. A. Offices. Now that the El Paso office is handling the payments I have problems. I never recieved the Email conformation. Last month the same thing. Management need to look into this. When I use to pay in Atlanta it was not a problem. They are lazy in El Paso , Texas"
