"I can honestly say without hesitation that this was the most positive experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office of any kind. I took my 16 year old son in today as a new patient. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and the office was exceptionally neat. We filled out our paperwork ahead of time and waited no more than 2 minutes before being called back. The nurse was easy to talk to and very friendly. After a few questions she left the room and briefed the doctor. A very short time later Dr. Cindy came in and evaluated my son. She spoke with him directly, which he appreciated, and then explained her treatment recommendations in detail. She seemed very knowledgeable and took his concerns into consideration. She even went out of her way to find a pharmacy that would be a more affordable option for his required medicine. This doctor and her staff made us feel not only welcomed but also extremely appreciated. They valued our time and concerns. I am so grateful to have found this office."

"I found Dr. Berthelot’s name off of a Nextdoor post after many neighbors confidently recommended her. I visited the office to get some information before I scheduled. The office is beautiful and very clean! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming, kind and helpful. Answered all of my questions with no complaints. Had a bit of a wait to get an appointment, but the wait was definitely worth it! Day of appointment, I again was greeted with smiles. Within 5 mins I was taken back to the room and immediately seen by the dr. She had amazing bedside manner. She thoroughly explained my condition and gave me peace of mind! After multiple doctors, many different treatments later..... I am finally cleared. Dr. Berthelot has helped me tremendously and I am very grateful for her and her staff to give me the time and attention needed. She is the only dermatologist I will be seeing for now on!"
