"I'm torn between a 2-3 star. The cigar selection is pretty nice. Lots to choose from. Here is the thing, We (My son, his father in law and myself) We were greeted by no one. Don't let the pics fool you. The place is extremely dusty. The members are rude as hell. Just looked at us. Not even a head nod. I spoke to someone who claimed they were the owner. Same thing, not even a hello. Just charged us for the cigar and that was all. We stayed there and smoked our cigar in a back room. The owner came by us about two or three times. He didn't said a word each time. As we left the humidor not a word was said. NOW TELL ME, does anything i mentioned above sound like a place you would like to revisit? I DON'T THINK SO...."
"We walked inside and instantly the guy had like a bad Aura about him. Very unfriendly and rude. Cocky and arrogant. I'm like dude please have several seats. I have been to better Cigar Lounges with way more brands. And the service is much pleasant than the experience here."

"My fav cigar when I come in town! They have one, if not THE best selection of cigars in the Chicagoland area. The patio is an added bonus. The people are THE best, I always have a great time and meet some fantastic people. It's a must visit, I promise!"
"Welcoming spot with a great selection of cigars at very reasonable prices. They also have a special H Vault that shouldn't be missed where you can find some very special, aged selections. Plenty of televisions and comfortable seating. Pay a walk-in charge to BYOB and food, or become a member if you're a local."
