"So far, not a good experience. The receptionist at the TMC location just looked blankly at me when I asked if I needed to fill out a sticker. The attitude every time I come here is REAL. I understand she’s in a job where she has to repeat the same things over and over again but why does she need to be rude. I watched her “greet” others and had a similar disposition. Just plain rude/unwelcoming. Communication is difficult for this place."
"First and foremost, they unthawed my one and only embryo by accident. I show up to do the ERA test, and it was like woops sorry, we have to do a real transfer today. And no that embryo didn't develop, and we were left with a sorry about that and good luck if you try next time. Nothing was done to make it right. I also had so many problems with the offices and staff and communication it was absolutely unreal, especially the Pearland location. I was driving over and hour and bypassing that location even though it was closer. My actual doctor was great, and that was the ONLY thing great about our experience. I hate that our one chance ended like that and even though we could try another round, after that terrible year with Aspire, we don't even feel like trying again."
"Worst receptionists I’ve ever met. Rude; disrespectful and inconsiderate. Asked a simple question and was cut off and ignored. Fiancé asked reception for water after bloodwork and was told to hold on while the receptionist finished a personal call. Then double billed because she was too busy looking on her phone. Dr. Steward explained all of my procedures in detail so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Communication with the office about payment, insurance and scheduling exceeded my expectations! They were always one step ahead and prepared to give me the information I needed."
