"I don’t personally attend vet tech institute of Houston but I have a few friends that who do attended and I’m constantly being told how horrible the staff are students are told to lie to make the school look good. Students are allowed to smoke and vape on school property without any repercussions, Students are harassed by other students and nothing is done I’m in complete disbelief on how this institution is still open and not under investigation for negligence and misconduct. This is an institution that should prioritize their students safety and their animals on campus instead they focus their image on the outside it’s truly and embarrassment to all the vets around the country who work hare to take care of our pets and animals and this is what they have to go through in vet tech institute of Houston"

"The program at VTI is very challenging. It covers a wide range of subjects that are necessary in preparing someone to tackle any direction in the vet technician field. The teachers are great and do their best to help and push their students to become the best they can be."

"I recently just graduated from vet tech and I absolutely loved the experience. The instructors really have a passion about what they are teaching and care about you, also very willing too help if you just ask. The staff behind the scenes really have your best interest in mind and I felt cared just as much as the instructor. Some people disliked the program, I think they feel that way because it is an intense and difficult program very very very fast pace and takes a lot of dedication. Overall I loved every minute of it just wish it didn’t go by so fast! Thank you VET TECH for helping me REACH my PASSION!!"

"I really enjoyed my time at VTI, all the teachers were very knowledgable and their style of teaching made it really easy for me to learn and absorb everything with it being a pretty fast paced program. I felt that the teachers really cared about everyone being successful. I also feel that they really prepared us well for our career path and we got a pretty good feel for what our job would be like once we graduate. VTI gave me so many cool learning experiences that I'm sure I wouldn't have had anywhere else. I loved all the hands on experience and practice I got to get at VTI. Even though it was hard sometimes, I had fun every day with the animals and loved being able to attend VTI."
