"I love Modern Spine Institute! The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. Not to leave out the Doctor. Dr. Sayyad is the nicest, most helpful, and knowledgeable when it comes to chiropractics. I went because I had a car accident and needed my back & neck looked at. Needless to say, I am so glad I found this place. I would highly recommend going to his office if you need any chiropractics, electro-massage, or targeted strengthening done. Promise you won't be dissatisfied!"
"I wasted an hour driving to and from my appointment with them, and they were closed! No one answered the phones, no one called to reschedule me ahead of time, and it's an hour and a half before closing time. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of consideration they had by not being there when I had an appointment scheduled. Ridiculous. UPDATE: So his explanation for missing my initial appointment was that he had a family emergency, and his receptionist forgot to call me about rescheduling. I finally went to my rescheduled appointment, and he was apologetic, nice, thorough, and attentive. It's a small office, but he seems to really care about his patients. Revising my review from 1 to 4 stars."
"Currently visiting to Modern Spine Institute. Chiropractor's name is Dr. Brian. He is really good and he knows what he's doing. I had an accident and was having pain in the neck. Recently I really had a bad pain in the neck and I couldn't move. He did something with my neck and then I felt much better and was able to move. I recommend this Chiropractor to anyone who was involved in an accident or having pain and need physical therapy."
