"I’ve had great treatment results, but have always had at least a two hour wait to see the doctor. Either they are overbooking or not allowing enough appointment time for the doctor to see each patient. Very frustrating. Update: my appointment time was 1:00. It is now 5:00 and I haven’t been seen yet. Everyone in the waiting room said the same thing that the wait times are always at LEAST 2 hours. In addition to the long wait times, office staff has been unprofessional and at times downright rude. Update to my update: I have left this practice and am now seeing a different rheumatologist in Katy. Never more than a 20 minute wait and office is organized and professional"

"Dr Khan is a great doctor. But after two appointments I will now be seeing a new rheumatologist. The wait times here are just awful. Both times I came in, I was there for like 4 hours. You have to fill out like 20 pages of paperwork with a pen. Why even have the patient portal then?They don’t communicate at all. There’s no follow up on blood work results. And I’m not even sure my X rays were looked at. And whoever the office manager is needs to take some management classes or something because she’s a piece of work. Do not go here. You’re just going to get stressed out."

"Dr. Khan is an amazing physician Her office manager is rude and not following protocol. Which I will file a formal complaint. Too lie and state she called my pharmacy to call in my control substance and not thinking I would not ask my pharmacy if this was true, she doesn't know me. My prescription must be sent by e script by a physician. I love my doctor but thi gd need to change with her staff."

"Dr. Khan is wonderful and I am very happy with her, however, it is the office staff in charge of returning phone calls, emails, text messages, etc. that needs major work. A lot of times you can barely get someone on the phone and when you do it's always that they'll follow up with the dr. and a week or more can go by without a return call or email. I've been trying to get a prescription refill for nearly 2 months now with no success. I'm trying to be patient and calm. It's a tough feat when you're completely out of a med but I've managed to continue to do so. So Dr. Khan if you're reading this, I love you, but your staff really needs work please."
